By accessing or using FaceitOBS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The tool is free and provided for personal, non-commercial use on your own streams.

FaceitOBS reads public FACEIT statistics and renders them into customizable overlays you can add to OBS as a browser source. It refreshes those stats automatically. There are no accounts, purchases, or paid features.

FaceitOBS is an independent, open-source project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FACEIT. All player statistics are provided by the FACEIT API. FACEIT and its related marks are the property of their respective owners.

You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site or the FACEIT API it depends on. Do not use the overlays to misrepresent other players or to impersonate anyone.

Overlays you generate are yours to use in your own broadcasts. We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the generated artwork for your personal streaming and content.

FaceitOBS depends on the FACEIT API. Your use of that service is also subject to FACEIT's terms. Use of the site is your agreement to comply with those terms as well.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site or the overlay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times — stats come from a third-party API and can change or be delayed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceitOBS and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page with a new date applies going forward. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
